While most babies lose their umbilical cords around 2 weeks old, here in the Brantley family we like to buck the trend and wait until we are 5 weeks old to lose ours! To celebrate the occasion, we took our first bath!!
My first child kept his about that long too. At his one month check up they actually put something on it to help it fall off. Thankfully the second time around it only took 2 weeks. (Amy's friend)

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute!!!! I can't believe how different she already looks. I have got to come by and see her!! Precious!
